  • The registered builder behind the houses built by their company may not even be aware of you, the customer, let alone have conducted quality control inspections on your home build. Volume builders depend heavily on trades and staff, sometimes at the cost of subpar final results.
  • ​In Victoria, the only trades people that need to be registered are electricians and plumbers.  Therefore, your home will very likely be built by unregistered, unregulated and unqualified 'trades' people!
